From sourcing, bidding, scheduling and managing all of your routine maintenance (landscapers, pool opening, irrigation turn on/off, HVAC service, etc.) to handling emergency repairs, we are the ONLY phone call you will ever need to make for any of your home needs. We have long standing relationships with our trusted and insured vendors, who deliver premium service day in and day out. Have your own vendors? Not a problem - let us handle the estimating, scheduling & quality control!

Availability

By becoming a member with Oasis, you have access to our 24/7 concierge line. Instead of playing phone tag with vendors for a quote, or finding a handyman who will just touch up a small part of your wall - all you need to do is text or call us. There is no job too small or too big for us to facilitate.

THIS MEMBERSHIP IS DESIGNED FOR OUR SNOWBIRDS. IT ENTAILS EVERYTHING OUR north shore MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES, PLUS
WHILE YOU’RE AWAY, WE WILL CONDUCT A WEEKLY WALKTHROUGH OF YOUR HOME
IN INCLEMENT WEATHER (EXCESSIVE RAIN, OR FREEZING TEMPERATURES) WE WILL CHECK YOUR HOME DAILY IN YOUR ABSENCE
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAILED LOG OF ANY FINDINGS FOLLOWING OUR WALKTHROUGH
SHOULD ANY REPAIRS BE NEEDED, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOU AND FACILITATE SUCH REPAIRS
